When one person carries all of school IT, something has to give.
We’re the managed IT and cybersecurity partner built exclusively for charter and independent K-12 schools taking the helpdesk, the security, and the 2 a.m. worry off the plates of lean school teams.

We started with schools no one else wanted to serve.
Inspiroz began because too many charter and independent schools were getting thin, generic IT support the kind that treats a 1,700-student campus like any other help ticket. Tighter budgets, higher-need communities, and lean teams meant technology was rarely a strength, and often a liability.
So we built something different: an IT partner that works exclusively in K-12 education, backed by more than three decades of enterprise infrastructure experience and led by people who have actually run schools.
We hire former principals, school CEOs, and teachers onto our team, so the people supporting you have sat where you sit. We speak school, because we came from school.
Today that focus reaches 300+ schools across 19 states, from single-campus startups to national networks.
From first-campus startups to national networks.
We support the full spectrum of charter and independent education, meeting each school wherever it is in its journey.
Coordinated IT, security, and strategy across dozens of campuses under one operating model.
Scaling networks that need infrastructure and support to keep pace with rapid expansion.
Full-service technology partnership for schools running lean, mission-driven teams.
Building a reliable IT foundation from day one through opening, growth, and new locations.
Who We Are

Our Vision
We help schools & kids succeed.

Our Mission
We deliver creative, high-quality technology solutions for schools and education-focused organizations.
Four ways we carry the load.
We plug into your team and take on as much or as little as you want, so your people can focus on students instead of tickets.
“The moment I went on leave, I realized how much depended entirely on me.”
– The reality for most lean school IT teams
One fixed price. Everything included.
Our co-founder ran schools for years and hated unplanned, non-instructional expenses. So we built the opposite of the hourly MSP model: a single all-inclusive annual price you can defend to your board, with a predictable annual increase instead of an invoice that changes every month.

What school leaders ask us first.
What makes Inspiroz different from a general MSP?
We work exclusively with charter and independent K-12 schools. That means our helpdesk, security stack, and strategy reviews are all shaped around school calendars, budgets, student-data rules, and the realities of lean school teams — not retrofitted from a corporate IT playbook.
Do you work with schools outside our state?
Yes. We support 300+ schools across 19 states, with remote 24/7 coverage plus on-the-ground options for onsite support. Whether you’re a single campus or a multi-state network, our model scales to your footprint.
What happens if our only IT person leaves?
This is one of the most common reasons schools call us. We can act as your full IT team or work alongside internal staff — documenting systems, securing access, and making sure no single person is a point of failure. When a transition happens, your school keeps running.
How does your pricing work?
We use a single, all-inclusive fixed annual price rather than hourly or à la carte billing helpdesk, on-site support, monitoring, security, and strategy are all covered. Because we’re not paid by the hour, we’re motivated to fix the root cause, not rebill the same problem. Your price is predictable year to year, so finance can plan ahead.
Where is your team based, and how does support escalate?
We’re one integrated company, not a patchwork of outsourced vendors. You get a dedicated on-site technician plus specialized remote teams a 24/7 helpdesk, a network operations center, and a security operations center with escalation running up through US-based service delivery management. That structure is how we cover nights, weekends, and holidays without gaps.
Can you help with Chromebook repair and procurement?
Yes. We run a dedicated device repair program and handle technology sourcing and vendor management so device breakage and purchasing stop eating your team’s time. Ask us for repair and procurement pricing during your assessment.
