Milan is an Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” finalist, current member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and a graduate of executive programs at both Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business (MBEP) and MIT’s “Birthing of Giants” — placing him among a select group of entrepreneurs recognized for leadership, growth, and impact.

A Drexel University graduate in Business and Engineering, Milan began his career at Amtrak, progressing through its Management Associate Program into roles spanning Program Management, Market Research, Forecasting, and Engineering. He brings that same cross-functional discipline to his leadership today.

Milan also serves on the Advisory Board of NFTE Philadelphia, supporting entrepreneurship education for young people across the region. He is a long-time resident of Chester County, Pennsylvania, with strong ties to the greater Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware communities.
