Lars Beck co-founded Inspiroz with Milan Patel in 2016, bringing a rare combination of firsthand education leadership and executive business experience to the company’s mission of becoming the leading IT, EdTech, and data partner for charter schools nationwide.

As Founder and CEO of Scholar Academies, Lars built a charter management organization that grew to serve more than 2,500 students across seven schools in four cities. His earlier tenure as CEO of Young Scholars Charter School produced one of Philadelphia’s most recognized academic turnarounds, transforming it into the city’s highest-rated middle school.

Prior to education, Lars spent more than a decade in leadership roles across publishing, brand marketing, and sports marketing, including as Founding Race Director of Philadelphia Triathlon, LLC and Marketing Director for Labatt North America.

A member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (Pahara-Aspen Education Fellowship), a YPO member, and a participant in the inaugural Achievement First Charter Network Accelerator, Lars is a Duke University graduate based in the Philadelphia area.
