ACTIVE – BLEND OF ON-SITE & REMOTE SUPPORT
Our standard model of support is uniquely tailored for schools in that it blends on-site and remote support with the use of automation tools. Depending on school/network size and use of technology, we provide our school partners with an Inspiroz team member on-site anywhere from one day a week to four or five days per week. Then, to meet 24/7/365 needs (as well as weekly or seasonal needs when work needs to be scaled), we pair the on-site support with Remote Teams (Help Desk and Network Operations Center or NOC).
EMBRACE– TECHNOLOGY EQUITY THROUGH ADOPTION
Even the best technology fails to deliver desired results if end users don’t embrace it. Inspiroz’s Embrace program can analyze the technology usage within your school to identify gaps and help improve technology adoption through training or technology upgrade.
